Krishna Beach Resort & Spa, Goa

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Krishna Beach Resort & Spa, Goa for a family vacation, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect, making it the ideal choice for a family getaway. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had throughout our stay. Our family room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail in the room's design created a cozy and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the thoughtful amenities added a touch of luxury to our stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the hotel's family-friendly facilities. The swimming pool and play area were perfect for our kids, providing endless hours of entertainment. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options(Pure-Veg), and we were impressed by the diverse menu that catered to both adult and child palates. The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, offering a wide array of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The hotel's central location was another major plus. We were able to explore nearby attractions and easily access local amenities, making it convenient to plan our daily activities. Additionally, the concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for family-friendly outings and organizing transportation when needed. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of service. The staff members especially Mr.Krishna (Manager)consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring our family had the best possible experience. In conclusion, our stay at Krishna Beach Resort & Spa was nothing short of fantastic. It's rare to find a hotel that caters so well to families while maintaining a high standard of quality and service. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality for a memorable family vacation. We can't wait to return!

Honest Review - Positives - 1) Good Location - Walking distance from Colva Beach. 2) Good property 3) Paradise for veg lovers (pure veg kitchen) and taste is good. 4) Rooms are spacious. 5) Pool is clean Negatives - 1) I have booked it on a higher side due to weekends but not worth the money. 2) Though it's a good property but service is not good. Service is very very slow.(may be due to the rush, but prior planning should be done considering long weekend). 3) Drains of washroom having smell spreading all around, worst part is we have requested at reception that exhaust fan of washroom is not working and due to this smell is spreading in room too, but they told that please adjust for one day and by tomorrow we will fix it. But it was not corrected and for two days going to washroom is like hell. 4) Please take your own shampoo and body wash. Quality is very poor of body wash. 5) You ll not get anything post 10:30 PM. (It was birthday of my brother and I asked for spoon , plates etc for cake but it was not provided.) Hilarious part is that when I asked for tissue paper they suggested that toilet paper is available, tissus are locked 😂😂😂)

I stayed in Krishna for 2 nights. Hotel location was the best as it was walkable distance from Colva beach. Rooms were clean and tidy. Sheets were quiet worn-out though. The entire hotel & resort was hygenic. Staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet had variety. I would advise the hotel to increase pool hours which is 9-6 to atleast 9-8. People who come to the hotel from their outdoor activities will enjoy relaxing in the pool until late evenings. I was disappointed with the entrance of the hotel as the pavements were broken and made car parking a big challenge. The idea of having trees planted at the entrance of the hotel in a line was bad as wide cars cannot go in and out without ramming into the trees.
